RETURNS POLICY

Please note: all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

It's important to us here at Oakwood Props that you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. We do not accept exchanges.

To return your purchase:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

The item(s) must be delivered back to us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s).

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To make a return, email us at info@oakwoodprops.com to request a return authorisation. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
